Well hello there…

We’ve witnessed our trumpeter’s shin smashing terracotta plant pots, twice needed our bass trombonist’s nostrils to be cauterized, seen our violinist survive repeated point blank party popper explosions to the temple, nursed an accordionist with a broken nose back to full health following a jousting match, nearly had to resuscitate the drummer during a midnight game of bat ball in an underground car park… and quite honestly, that isn’t even scratching the surface!!

And yet… here we are; Eliza Carthy and The Wayward Band with our new album Big Machine… and it's huge, enormous even, greater than the sum of its parts, a behemoth beyond our comprehension. We’ve been pinching ourselves (and each other… Ow!) just in case this is a dream, it’s not, and we are so ridiculously excited.
We can’t wait for you to hear it.

Hope to see you during the tour in November.

Ciao for now
